Google Searches Love Me
Have you ever looked at your footprints and saw that someone recently visited an old entry/pulse/picture/etc. of yours through a Google search? I always find it interesting which stuff gets so much random hits due to a keyword or phrase I didn’t think was so popular. Here are a select few that people on the internet keeps on visiting on my page.

Ah, how foolish. I made this for a girl I kinda liked a while back and put it in a PostSecret book I gave her as a gift. I never did hear back from her about what she thought about it, which was disappointing. Perhaps, like one commenter suggested, it was due to my bad grammar XP. Anyway, I debated a long time whether or not to post this up, but eventually I figured it had been a while so why not. It was such a fluff piece, especially after my more serious in tone entry beforehand. In case you’re wondering yes, I think all those accessories on girls are still hot. google searches fart and poop and always go to my page. no joke.
I blogged about body image and eating disorders in a couple posts in the past.
Most of my hits are from within Xanga Search and they are people looking for thinspo… >.>
That and Texas. I have to explain time and time again that I’m not from Texas. -.-”
Haha…I have 2 entries that I always see on my footprints through Google search — and yeah I don’t want to know why they always search for those.

Because of the huge response I got from the “Why I Forgave My Rapist”, I still get hits on that from google- EVERY day. It sort of scares me that that many people are having to search for answers about that. Though some searches scare me- “I love my rapist” has shown up more times than I care to remember.
I googled my name and it was almost all comments I’ve left on the “ish” sites.

Most of my google hits are either on my “fitspiration” post or on my post that references thinsporation/anorexia. =/

@CaKaLusa - I kinda eyed it. Stuff I see that constantly pops up in my feed are noticeable since a lot of them are so old. Also, when I look back to find much more footprints on those stuff that I’m pretty sure wasn’t there before I kinda make a good guess.

I have it set so that search engines can’t bring up my xanga site, but I think they do anyway :/

I seem to get hits for the same dozen or so posts, but the posts seem to vary throughout the years. Usually it’s a photo, like with my Buddy Holly tribute, or in the case of my 9/11 tribute, where I posted the names or everyone who perished, someone is searching for a specific name. The more searches on Google, of course, the higher one’s particular entry gets in the queue.
Sometimes I’ll “steal” photos from the internet for an entry (I usually create my own graphics) and if the photos are rare, like with an entry I wrote about working for the retailer FedMart, then my entry will come up on photo searches.
Brother+ bathroom + secret? Maybe younger brothers are searching for photos of older brothers reading Playboy in the bathroom? I hope it’s nothing any more purient than that!

Hahah I think it’s not just google that loves you. It’s everyone. And it’s probably because your posts have a broad range that appeals to everyone…from serious to entertaining (ex: your brother’s video). haha
THAT IS SUCH A CUTE PICTURE. Also, that measly grammar mistake was probably unnoticed. In fact, there are many things I don’t agree with the conventional grammar, that one included. But that goes for another day.
I get al types of crazy searches from the pics I use.
