Oh, What a Night! My Awesome New Year’s Eve House Party
(Massive post coming up!)What a way to to ring in the new year! Like my party last year, I celebrated by hosting another party at my place in Northern Virginia. Unlike last year though, I had twice as many (close to 60) people that attended, with half of those people being Xangans. To say the night was wild and fun is definitely an understatement!
When I look back at this night, I will remember many things. The thing I will appreciate the most though is having so many of my closest friends travel from afar to celebrate this holiday with me. I’m happy that my friends from different circles were all able to meet and get along. Makes me all warm and fuzzy inside *tears*

Here’s the aftermath of my place. Note: I’m very tired looking because I had only a few hours of sleep before a friend started knocking on my door to see if I can drive him home. He had crashed over because he ended the night vomiting everywhere and lost the top half of his clothes (long story).

This party was one of my most memorable (from what I can remember after a few dranks). I think I had more lasting memories formed in a single night than many other Xanga meetup combined.
looks a lot more lively than what i did.. haha, spent most of the night reading a book with a game of pictionary going on in the background. sad..

Thanks again for inviting us! It was a great night long in coming, and for me anyway, it put things into perspective. Life isn’t about work, and it certainly means nothing unless you’ve got a good group like this to hang out with. One day, we’ll have to get a timeshare or something and just do this for a week. Many eprops for putting this together.

That looks like so much fun. I’d love to meet that many Xangans! I made it to 2 parties this year. We did a great firework show at midnight which ended with people dancing through the smoldering rocket pit. Not bad for us old people…

& the after party mess was insane in the membrane. The bigger the house, the more to clean 
thank goodness for that robot vacuum cleaner! 
@boogerz_jelly - The jolly rancher vodka is actually not too difficult! Just put in a bunch of jolly ranchers and just shake it every half hour or so. It should be pretty much done in less than 6 hours.

Benrik is a community where you get a diary and you have to do tasks each week. Like one week you could be writing complaints and the next week you could do something different. You keep a diary online and talk about your tasks. It reminds me of Benrik because people from overseas travel to England for the meetup. xD
