• I’m in a TennisLife article ^_^

  So I was asked to submit a story about romances that have happen within
  club to the USTA.  They told me that it may appear in a magazine in a
  future time, but I totally forgot about it…until I picked up the most
  recent issue of TennisLife and saw it!  The part I wrote was
  specifically about two of my team members (Judy and Brian), but a relationship that I
  had with a certain other club’s vice president was alluded to as well .

  Here’s
  a scan of the article where I blew up the part I submitted (please
  don’t mind some bad grammar; I thought they would fix that up X_X):

  

  In case you can’t read it, this is what it says:

  
  “According to Alex, founder and current president of the UMBC Tennis
  Club, Tom and Greta are a typical story of what he sees. “The club has
  definitely had its share of romances over the year, whether within the
  team or with other teams.” (Alex actually had a relationship with the
  vice president of George Washington’s club team.) Another romance at
  UMBC involved Judy and Brian.
  
  “Judy” said Alex, “had come out
  for tryouts and wanted to partner up with a friend of hers, but I had
  decided to mix things up and assigned her to someone she didn’t know –
  Brian. Almost instantly you could feel an attraction between the two,
  and you could tell that Judy was a bit nervous hitting with Brian that
  day. In fact, she tried to impress him during a point where she
  accidentally flipped over (scraping her legs and bruising her hips in
  the process) while chasing after one of Brian’s shots. You could say
  that she ‘fell for him’.”
