  • Just saw War of the Worlds w/ roberto, teresa, timmy, tommy,
chris.  damn that movie was suspenseful!  I really liked it
(although the ending could have been a tad more believable).
surprisingly scary….man i would watch that again so if any group of
people wanna go see it call me up

    ———-
just came back from saying bye to raquel’s family as they embark on
their journey to NJ:  America’s armpits.  just playin around
(derek dont beat me!).  eh, its not like they are too far
away.  I’m pretty alright w/ it all.  Im probably gonna go up
there and spend a week or so.  Check out what NJ is all about

Really tired right now…yesterday we had a impromptu farewell party
for raquel at roberto’s.  Roberto, teresa, raquel, elise, louis,
christine, her guy steve, and kim were all there and we hung out the
night.  after talking and playin w/ roberto’s dog for a bit we
went downstairs and watched harold and kumar.  after watching that
we all got the munchies so we headed over to the 24 hour dunkin’
donuts/baskin robins and ate there for an hour or so.  It was
around 2am when we left that place and everyone went back home
aftewards.  After a little cherry on top i took raquel home around 3ish.

went to bed finally around 4am and woke up at 8am.  I’m sooo not good at being awake w/ less than 7 hours of sleep.

Gonna go watch war of the worlds tonight at arundel mills, probably around 6-7pm.  Anyone else wanna come?

Lions Gate gets ‘Crash’ course in TV

After a detour to the big screen, Paul Haggis’ “Crash” is
about to reach its original destination: television. FX has put in
development a TV series based on Lions Gate Films’ hit indie to be
produced by Lions Gate Television. Don Cheadle, one of the stars of the
gritty drama about race relations in post-Sept. 11 Los Angeles, is
likely to appear in and direct several episodes of the project if it
goes into series. Sources said talks are under way with all other
members of the cast, including Sandra Bullock, Matt Dillon, Brendan
Fraser and rapper Ludacris, to reprise their roles from the film. Bobby
Moresco, who co-penned the script for “Crash” with Haggis, is in
negotiations with Lions Gate TV to write the pilot script, sources said.
